Mail order

If you can't or don't wish to process an online order, you may send your order to Synactis by mail:

• either postal mail sent to:

• or electronic mail to sales@synactis.com.

In both cases, the product will be shipped on payment receipt. Payment must be sent directly to Synactis by check in Euros or by wire transfer (see wiring instructions below). Please be aware that international wire transfers may need more than a week: if you want the product urgently, preferably order by credit card in the online store.

The amount due is equal to list price, plus possible additional charges:

• transportation fee (if physical distribution is requested)
• VAT, if applicable (what's that ?). If VAT is due, you must add 19.6%.

Moreover, the law of your country may request you to pay additional taxes or customs. This is under your own responsibility.

Please note that if your company is VAT-registered, we need your VAT registration number.

Physical distribution

Physical distribution can apply to REPORTMAKER and DATASURFER only. If requested, a CD-ROM will be sent to you. An additional transportation fee will be charged to you, depending on the destination:
