Encapsulating the Adobe Reader® API Adobe Reader® is supplied with a free ActiveX API, allowing to display and print PDF files. Synactis PDF Viewer encapsulates this API into a VCL component. This makes integration by Delphi developers easier. As Synactis PDF Viewer doesn't provide functional value added to Adobe Reader® API, it's offered as freeware.	Displaying TPdfViewer is a VCL WinControl that you can place in any window of your application. You've just to assign the FileName property to get the PDF document displayed. Printing The PrintDoc method allows to print the PDF document either globally or partially. A print dialog box can be optionnaly displayed before printing.  More info	Next step Synactis PDF Viewer is definitely useful for displaying and printing third-party PDF files. However, if your need is to display and print your own programmatically-made PDF documents, consider using All In-The-Box: you'll get a much better control over display and print features.
