Remote Maintenance

As part of this service, a direct connection with a member of the Synactis team will be established.

This will allow you either to attend a demonstration, or to display your computer to a Synactis engineer in order to fix some trouble.

Click the button below only on advice of a Synactis staff member, who should give you a session number.





After clicking this button, run the ISL Light Client application. This application handles the remote display.
Synactis can take over your computer only upon your explicit consent.
